Air France to launch Cambodia service (October 29, 2010)
Air France is to launch direct service to Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh – a route it last flew in 1975 before the Khmer Rouge takeover of the country.

The French flag carrier is to launch a thrice weekly service between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Phnom Penh, via Bangkok. The first flight will be on 27 March 2010Teh carrier will use an Airbus A340-300 fitted with equipped with 275 seats (30 in Business, 21 in Premium Voyageur and 224 in Voyageur-Economy).
Air France has said that it plans to upgrade to a Boeing 777-200 during summer 2011, offering 309 seats (35 in Business, 24 in Premium Voyageur and 250 in Voyageur-Economy).
